Meet the Team

Nick is a lifelong follower of sport with extensive contacts in the industry through his role as official interpreter for Manchester United and England, as well as being main sponsor for three years at Macclesfield Town. He also runs his family furniture business Arighi Bianchi. Nick is passionate about creating a truly family style agency offering excellent commercial advice and help in negotiations to our clients. Along with Tom, Nick prides himself in providing long term welfare and pastoral care as they currently do in their own family businesses.

Tom is passionate about sport and has represented England hockey elite development squad at junior and under 18 level. Now, MD of his successful family business, Francis Kirk, he brings those same family values to BKM, namely providing long term welfare for the elite athletes that we represent. Tom’s family business has also opened many doors globally to BKM, most notably to Iran, Australia and China.

George is a very experienced Football Agent/Intermediary, registered with The FA in 2008. During the past ten years George has cultivated excellent relationships in the UK and Ireland from grass roots to boardroom level. He is highly respected for his integrity, his professionalism, and his conscientious approach.

Paul Dickov is a highly respected figure within the game having played internationally for Scotland and played for Arsenal, Manchester City and Blackburn. He is immortalized at Manchester City for scoring  in the 1999 playoff final against Gillingham at Wembley Stadium. A true legend!

Tom is a Broadcast Journalist at BBC Sport in Salford, working on shows such as Match of the Day, Football Focus, and Final Score. Tom is passionate about football at all levels from grassroots to Premier League.

Lee is a respected Level 2 scout who has been connected with football all his life. In his 22 years serving in the armed forces with the Staffordshire Regiment (finishing as Sergeant Major), he represented the Infantry and Army medical services at football and also arranged football games with celebrities to raise money for armed forces related charities. Lee was also awarded the oldest military award for gallantry, namely the ‘Mentioned in Dispatches’ award (MID) for coming to the aid of a seriously injured soldier during his time serving in Basra, Iraq. We are very proud to have Lee on the team.

Ed is a lead practitioner in the Physical Education world and recently received his Master’s in Education. Alongside Education and until this year, Ed still played a huge part in football, having managed a number of clubs since finishing University, his desire and commitment to his role has seen him secure a huge amount of success along the way.

Kati handles all our work with clubs and players in China (Chinese Super League and League 1).  Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) , Kati offers specialist sport translation services to BKM in contract negotiations, as well as providing expert and invaluable advice towards the custom, etiquette and practice of doing business in China. Kati is a column writer for Hong Kong newspapers and magazines as well as European publications for over 18 years and she is a highly respected professional interpreter.
